Step 1.

Upload Your Files ~ for a free quote
Simply upload your file(s), and describe what you might like to see changed. TIME is the determining factor in cost, not the detail being corrected.  Skin smoothing or person removal could be 5 minutes or 1/2 hour  depending on the nature or complexity of the photograph. So to be honest, I really do have to see the photo to understand it's needs.

Need the photo scanned?  Please read the Scanning Tips. The bottom of that page has a CALCULATOR for scan resolution settings. 

Mail? You can safely mail your actual photos to us.

What if I don't mail them and also don't have a scanner?
You can obtain a quality digital scan of your photos at most local Copy Shops, Photo Stores, or from a friend with a scanner. (Maybe OfficeMax, Staples, or Fed-X / Kinko's.)  Simply request that they be scanned at 600 to 1200 DPI.  Please scan at FULL COLOR for Black & White photos!  Call for any specifics requirements based on your needs (512) 619-1155.  You will receive a CD (or DVD), which you can then mail.

Step 2.

  I offer you a quote for your approval

Step 3.

  You view & approve the final work before you pay
You approve a water-marked version, OR you can choose not to accept the work ~ before paying.

Step 4.

  Payment by Paypal, Credit Card or Check
A payment email is sent ~ you can either use your Credit Card or Paypal™ account.  
 I refund 100% if you are not satisfied.

Step 5.

  You receive the  finished work
 
How Long Does It Take?
It generally takes 1 to 3 days.  There may be one or more approval cycles with you via email to ensure the photo is coming along as you intend.   
What Will You Receive Back?
Upon your final approval I DIGITALLY provide;
       1.) a Printable version digital image (300dpi) and 
       2.) a smaller web/computer viewable version (72dpi) ~ on request
    
        * You may optionally buy Archival Quality Prints, or order copies 
           on a CD or DVD.
